Customs, Duties & Taxes
United Kingdom: No additional charges.
European Union: Import VAT & customs fees may apply. Customers are responsible for any import duties charged by their country.
USA: No customs fees for orders under $800.
Canada: Orders over CAD $20 may be subject to import duties and taxes.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels
We are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels once they have been shipped. If your order has not arrived, please check your tracking information and contact the courier directly.
If a parcel is lost in transit (tracking does not show delivery), please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the courier to locate your package. If it is confirmed lost, we may offer store credit or a replacement at a discounted rate. Refunds are not guaranteed.
